Our review
For a relatively new writing agency, BoomEssays.com has created somewhat of a “buzz” in writing service review circles, including a number of customer reviews that have been published on these sites and elsewhere on the web. We made the decision to conduct a review based upon a user’s request. In accordance with our policies, our review has been conducted using the same criteria that we use for all of our reviews. We study every page of the company website, look at the posted testimonials, evaluate samples of writings for quality, take a look at other customers’ reviews, and report on pricing, benefits, policies and guarantees. As is our standard practice, we also ordered a research paper ourselves. All of these things result in the Boom Essays review that follows.

Customers of BoomEssays will find a full array of academic writing products and services, from basic essays at the high school level through Ph.D. dissertation research and writing. Among other services include admissions and personal statement essays, coursework assistance (especially in STEM areas), resumes and CV’s, and other general ghostwriting needs.
Product/Writer Quality
Quality is a direct result of the writers a company employs. Boom Essays employs native English-speaking writers from the U.S. and UK – writers with degrees from accredited and reputable institutions. This policy shows in the quality of products produced for customers. A summary of customer reviews that we read had the following to say:
- Research and writing fulfilled expectations and then some. Customers spoke to the scholarly nature of the pieces they received and to the fact that their specifications were followed and their deadlines met
- The research paper we received was clearly superior in quality and submission-ready.
- The site also posts samples of products for customer review. The topics are challenging, and the research/writing would meet high academic standards.

Customer Support
Several of the customer reviews we read were quite complimentary about the BoomEssays.com customer support department. We contacted them on two occasions, once by phone and once through the live chat feature. We asked some hard and detailed questions as we always do, and received direct, straight answers. In both instances, the reps were friendly and helpful.
Prices and Discounts
The company’s prices are within the mid-range for online writing services, beginning at $12.99 for a high school essay with a 14-day deadline and moving up to $44.99/page for doctoral level writing with an urgent deadline. Separate pricing for admissions essays, coursework help, resumes and CV’s are provided by the customer support department and on the order form. New customers enjoy a 15% discount, with a promo code to enter into the order form; returning customers receive 5 – 15% discounts dependent upon cumulative numbers of pages ordered. The service also offers periodic specials with coupon codes.
Additional Benefits
There are some freebies – title, table of contents, bibliography and outline pages, as well as formatting, revisions, and plagiarism reports. Customers can add additional perks on a fee basis. We did not add any of these, and our paper was of superior quality.
Conclusion
Boom Essays deserves the “buzz” it is getting. This is a company that clearly knows how to provide high quality at a reasonable price and to provide the kind of customer support that one has the right to expect. As we look at the pros & cons, we really cannot find any “cons.” Overall, we give BoomEssays.com a “Superior” rating.
