The following is our review of EssayCorp.com. We are writing this in response to several customers approaching us with questions and concerns about Essay Corp. Product/Writer Quality
When we read our essay there were a few things that were instantly apparent. First, our writer was very unqualified. They made both grammatical and factual errors. They also failed to follow our instructions in spite of our making every effort to be clear. We believe it is very likely that our writer was not a native English speaker. This is based upon the types of errors that were made.
Customer Support
Because there was an unacceptable number of errors in our paper, we contacted customer support. Sadly, nothing went well. They were dismissive and unresponsive. Eventually, we realized there would be no revision. This is in contrast to when we contacted them before placing an order. Then, they were quite attentive.
Prices And Discounts
It took several hours, but we finally received our price quote by email. Fortunately, we did not have an urgent request. It was for 20 dollars per page. This is not very high, but it is on the upper margin of average. Considering the low quality of work we received, these prices are not worthwhile. Even using the promo code that we did was of no help.
Additional Benefits
There is not much to be found here that we would classify as additional benefits. We found a link to writing samples and to a blog. However, both links seem to lead to academic writing samples. While these weren’t bad, they were clearly not written by the same writers who are actually assigned to work for students.
Conclusion
We give Essay Corp a final rating of poor. The website is difficult to navigate. The writing is poor. Customers must agree to communicate with the company via email before getting a quote which is very unprofessional. The company also refuses to publish prices. There were some positive testimonials. There were also no BBB complaints. Still, there were enough negatives to lose our endorsement. If you have been considering using EssayCorp, check out our other reviews. No TitleComplete failure. They didn`t manage to help me with any task I ordered. They failed to finish a coursework I started myself though I provided them with all the info needed. Then, I made the biggest mistake and order another paper from them as I had the deadline approaching. And nothing really changed. They didn`t do anything but asked for the whole sum. Not recommendedI received my essay on time but it wasn`t even close to what I asked for. No references to trustworthy sources, no proper structure, no subheadings or lists my professor wanted to be there. And it seems to have been written by a school student who has troubles studying English grammar. Not recommended at all. The topic wasn't originalI asked them to pay special attention to my research since the topic wasn’t original, yet I needed a fresh look on it. And they said they understood and would use their own resources for the research. As a result I received a text that could be easily found on the very first page in google. |
