EssayDune.com has become a fairly well known writing service. Because of this, many customers have been asking us what we know about Essay Dune. We decided that we would do a bit of research, and write a review of EssayDune.
In order to properly research this company we headed over to the EssayDune.com website. We wanted to take a look around, to see what was up. Our review process also involved reading customer reviews of Essay Dune, ordering a paper, and checking the BBB website for any data on EssayDune. We believe the company is not a fraud or scam. Customers should note that this rating is not an endorsement. It simply means the company does not appear to engage any fraud or other illegal activities.
Provided Services
This company offers only academic writing services. Surprisingly, we found the range of products they offer to be quite limiting. They include the usual essays, research papers, thesis, term papers, multiple choice tests, presentations, and a few other products. However, when compared to other writing services, several types were noticeably absent. Services include writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting.
Product/Writer Quality
We ordered a college level essay. It was a simple English composition paper to be written on the topic, ‘my favorite vacation’. We did not ask for any sources to be used, and requested MLA formatting. The paper we received was not what we wanted at all. It was poorly written in terms of both content and grammar. The writer also entirely misunderstood the concept of this simple assignment.
Customer Support
As expected, the website testimonials were positively glowing on the subject of customer support. We dealt with customer support over the phone and through live online chat. While they were certainly courteous, they seemed to lack a meaningful depth of knowledge on policies, products, and services. They say they have 24 hour service. However, there were many times when we spoke to someone who was clearly working at an answering service.
Prices And Discounts
We initially thought that prices were fairly average. They advertise $14.24 per page for a Bachelor’s level paper. Better yet, they offered a promo code for 25% off. We were quite excited to see this. We rarely see discounts for more than 15% off.
It turns out they were being sneaky. The prices displayed already had the discount in place. In spite of not advertising that price anywhere on the website, we were suddenly informed that the actual price was nearly 19 dollars per page. Talk about a disappointing case of bait and switch. We don’t believe that coupon codes should be used in such misleading ways.
Additional Benefits
There are really no Add-ons beyond writing samples. The few we read were fairly well written, however we have our doubts as to whether or not they were written by company writers.
Conclusion
We’ve weighed the pros & cons. Sadly we must strongly advise students to use another writing service. There are numerous writing and quality issues. In addition to this, their pricing practice is quite dishonest.

Do not recommend essaydune to anyone. essayduneI was too lazy to look for other services and chose the first one I saw on google. Unfortunately, it was essaydune. Poor quality, unhelpful managers, a website that is difficult to use, high prices and I can continue forever since the only thing this website can provide you with is a list of its cons. That`s it for now as I still need to finish the coursework which they failed to do. |
