Our review
A thesis is usually a large research project that is produced at the end of a degree program. When we first accessed the Thesishelp.net site, we expected to find a writing service that offered only this product. Not so. The company actually offers other products and services too. Information about the service is found by navigating to the links at the top of the home page. We studied each page as a part of our review, along with testimonials, information about its writers, the on-site blog, prices, discounts, customer benefits, and an evaluation of the quality of a research paper we ordered. Here is our summary.
Provided Services
While the Thesis Help home page has a focus on theses and dissertations. But there is a “quick price calculator” on that page with a drop-down menu listing all of the types of products and services. In all, the company will produce academic products for students at any academic level, from basic high school essays through doctoral dissertations. Customers can also get STEM coursework help, admissions essays, and editing/proofreading.
Product/Writer Quality
The site itself is nicely appointed. It loads quickly and navigation via the links is easy. ThesisHelp has appropriate policies which are published on the site and can be reviewed by clicking on the links at the bottom of the home page. Of special note is the “Director’s Policy on Social Responsibility.” It states that products in some key academic fields will not be produced, because they could result in degrees which students had not earned honestly. These include field such as engineering, architecture and medicine. On another page, however, we learned that these products are available if customers are willing to pay 20% more than the normal pricing. This conflicting information is an issue for sure.
Quality is subjective, of course. But what we are looking for is research and writing that is appropriate for the academic level of the customer and that is scholarly in grammar, style and composition. Here is what we found:
- There are some grammatical and word usage errors within the site content. This is always a concern.
- On-site testimonials are all positive – we expect this
- Off-site customer reviews and comments are mixed. Customer issues included research and writing that was too simplistic for the college level and beyond and difficulty in getting revisions quickly enough.
- The blog posts relate only to dissertation work, but again, there were language usage errors.
- The paper we ordered was at the undergraduate level. It would have been appropriate for a high school customer, both in terms of the resources used and in the composition.
Customer Support
ThesisHelp.com customer service agents are friendly and try to be helpful. However, they do not seem to have a lot of information about procedures and products, and it is quite possible that the company uses an answering service. We always ask about dissertations. In this case, we were told we could get one in 3 days for about $5500.00. Any graduate student understands that this is impossible.
We can tell students that Thesis Help is not a fraud or scam, but quality may be an issue for college and grad students. And, according to policy, no pro-abortion or pro-LGBT rights products will be produced. As well, we cannot locate a BBB membership.
Prices and Discounts
ThesisHelp prices run about average. Our paper, which was 8 pages and with a 7-day deadline was $144.00. Pricing ranges from $13/page for high school products to $51/page at the doctoral level. Deadline urgency is a factor in pricing.
Customer will find no discounts, no coupon codes for special pricing, and no promo code for a newcomer discount. Prices are exactly as they are calculated.
Additional Benefits
The standard free pages are offered, along with a free plagiarism scan and formatting. Customers can request as many revisions as they want, as long as those requests meet the terms of the revision policy.
Conclusion
Looking at pros & cons, we have to state that this writing service may be very appropriate for high school students. College and grad students may be better off going elsewhere. Our rating of Thesis Help iis “Fair.”

wouldn`t recommendI didn`t like the help I was given at thesis help. My dissertation was completed on time, however it missed one chapter and the summary page didn`t illustrate and didn`t open the main idea of the problem described in that work. In the future, I will definitely not rely on them and wouldn`t recommend to my friends. I cannot really recommend this placeI don`t like this service much. Some of their support members are rude. The writer whom I was working with didn`t make an impressive impact with my thesis. The dissertation itself looked kinda better after their rewriting, yet, it still looked like there should be done major different changes to be of the A grade. disappointingPoor quality and a considerable delay spoiled my impression of this service. Though it was a pleasure to work with their friendly support service the final result turned out to be disappointing. Plagiarism, bad writingThe biggest problem of the essay I got was plagiarism. It was almost completely copied and some of the citations were false. If I wanted to have an essay of such a quality I could do it myself without paying to money for your service.
